Q: I call your number but you never answer; I always have to leave a message.
A: The (513) 881-2526 number is voice mail. Once you leave a message there, I receive a page on my pager. I will know within a few minutes that someone has left a message. I will retrieve the message and return your call as soon as I can.

Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Yes. There is a minimum 1-hour onsite charge plus trip charge.

Q: What are your normal business hours?
A: Normal hours of operation are 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. After hours and weekends are billed with a 2-hour onsite minimum at time-and-a-half.

Q: Do you work outside of the Greater Cincinnati area?
A: Yes. Please call so we can discuss your needs and find a solution for your situation.


Q: Do you work on PCs?
A: No, but I do work with companies to integrate Macs into a PC environment. For example, at one of my customers, they rolled out Panther and all the users are now logging into the network with their network account via Active Directory.

Q: Do you provide phone support?
A: Yes. Phone support is available at $1 per minute with a minimum charge of $20.

Q: Do you send out informational emails?
A: Yes. From time to time, I send out emails of information I have found or have been sent to me about the computer industry. I do not send the information on any regular basis and if you would like to be added to this mailing list, please an email and I will add you to email list. I do not sell or share this list with anyone.
